These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website or the Facebook page. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.
Pricing and promotions
We offer fair and competitive prices to all our customers.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website or Facebook page at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
All prices on the Website are in UK Pounds Sterling.
Placing an order
All of the pieces sold are made to order and the order processing can take up to one week to complete. If you need your item for a specific date then please advice in the comments box on the ‘Placing An Order’ page when contacting.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order via this website or on the Facebook page you are making an offer to Made In Stone – Pebble Art to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Made In Stone – Pebble Art for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Payment details will be send via the email. In order for the order to process any further, a £10 deposit is required (or full payment including postage) to complete the process of your order before any commencement of making.
A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery charges below. Item(s) will not be dent in the post until full payment has been received.
All frames are well packaged in bubble wrap and strong boxes. The Order will be dispatched by courier UPS. The customer will be kept up to date via email on the details of their order.
Delivery charge is a fixed charge of £5
The above charges are based on UK mainland only.
Made In Stone – Pebble Art will do all they can to make the image for the specific date as requested on your order in time. This in mind, item(s) will be posted in plenty of time for delivery as stated up the dates on the courier (UPS) website on date of estimated delivery. These estimated dates are stated by the courier and not of Made In Stone – Pebble Art. On the collection of the parcel, Made In Stone will keep a check on the delivery status of the parcel but Made In Stone Pebble Art can not be held responsible for any late delivery.
As the pebble art pieces are made to order, a photo of the art work is provided prior to being finalised and dispatched. We are unable to accept returns. If any damages occur on delivery of the item, please email within 14 days of delivery stating the damages on the item. Please not that photographic evidence will have to be send in order to process the claim with the courier (UPS). Photos of the item, and parcel box will need to be provided.
